CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Special orders for Christmas Trees, custom made Garlands and Wreaths we require a minimum 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. An administration fee of $50 will be charged, we are unable to cancel an order that has been packed and either ready for collection by our Courier or in transit. All personalised orders cannot be cancelled due to the special nature of the ordered item.
